Energy is real. Physicists study it and our daily lives rely heavily on the technological miracles that utilize it. Yet somehow, not everyone recognizes it as a powerful factor within our bodies and lives.
The easiest way to learn how energy works is by watching it as it moves through the translucent, familiar medium of water. We observe waves of energy in the ocean, intersecting, accumulating wind energy, and flowing across the ocean with very little dissipation, until they peak and break into turbulence on sandy beaches and rocky shores, or reflect and refract off the sheer cliffs of the NaPali coastline.
Energy works the same way in our real lives; Surfers become intimately familiar with the lessons they learn from Oceanic energy, easily applicable into daily life:
There are always forces in the world more powerful than yourself. With respect, wisdom, and the knowledge of how to use them, they can propel you to the places you want to be.
Get in touch with nature. Listen deeply. Learn the universal lessons she teaches constantly and apply them to your life...
